Process

1. REQUEST AN INITIAL CONSULTATION (AT OUR EXPENSE)

2. PROVIDE US WITH YOUR SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES

Once you have agreed to our terms,  we will ask you a number of questions to ascertain your current position, aims and requirements relating to your mortgage transaction.

3. RESEARCH

Using our market knowledge and sophisticated sourcing software, we will endeavour to find a mortgage that suits your needs and present our recommendations.

4. APPLICATION TO THE LENDER

Once you have accepted our recommendation, we will then apply to the lender based on the information and documentation provided who will assess your application.

5. VALUATION

The lender will usually instruct a valuation on the property. This is to ensure the property price (and rental if applicable) are in line with the market.

6. MORTGAGE OFFER

Once the lender is happy with the application and valuation and has agreed to lend, they will produce a mortgage offer which will be passed onto your solicitor or conveyancer.
