Many of our new customers are referred to us by satisfied existing clients. To say thank to our existing clients for their continued support, we are thrilled to share that R3 Mortgages has a program.
When you refer and friend to us and their mortgage completes, both the referrer and our new client will receive a £50 Amazon or John Lewis gift card*.

Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
For you to qualify for a £50 John Lewis gift card your referral must follow the terms and conditions below:
The referrer: must
1. have a mortgage with R3 Mortgages, not refer existing R3 Mortgages clients (i.e someone who has been party to a mortgage arranged by R3 Mortgages) and
2. not refer themselves or be a party to any new borrowing application.The referred friend would need to contact R3 Mortgages with regards to a mortgage.
Referred friend: must
1. quote their friend’s name and email address as a reference at initial contact or within a maximum of 7 days of submission of application, and
2. transact and complete a mortgage with R3 Mortgages.If all the conditions above are met then the referrer & the new client will receive a £50 John Lewis gift card.
There’s no limit to the number of friends a referrer can refer.
Once a referred friend completes a mortgage with R3 Mortgages they are also allowed to refer their friends and become a referrer. These same terms and conditions will apply.
R3 Mortgages reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer by amending these terms and conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.
The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Employees of R3 Mortgages are not eligible to receive the vouchers outlined in these terms.
The referrer will be notified using the registered email held by R3 Mortgages.
Use of the John Lewis gift card is subject to John Lewis's own gift card terms and conditions.
Vouchers must be kept safely and securely. R3 Mortgages cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.
R3 Mortgages no responsibility for being unable to offer a service to the referred person.
This scheme can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Not applicable for Protection or General Insurance products.
The Gift Card will not be despatched to either party until any outstanding fees to R3 Mortgages Ltd have been settled in full.
